Refund policy

Return Policy – Legacy Wax 3D Corp

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is new, unused, in its original packaging, and freight is pre-paid. Before returning any item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of the original invoice or packing list with your return.

Please note:

• All returned items may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

• Special orders, non-stocked items, and custom-made products are non-refundable.
